Johnson Automotive Inc — Establishment and car repair at 82 Old Amity Road, Bethany, Connecticut.

Ordered a Mahindra OEM hose for $39 + $15 for shipping that I eventually had made at a local tractor dealer for $14. I placed my order on May 2nd and assumed it would ship out in about a week. I sent an email on May 9th to see when it will be shipped and the email was rejected. I tried another email address that I found online and it was also rejected. I called their phone number the same day and spoke to someone that said my order would ship the next week after the hose was made. I was told I could not cancel my order at the time. I went ahead and had the hose made because I needed my tractor that weekend. I tried to email again (rejected ), and eventually called this morning (May 30th). I left a message about the status of my order. If I don't receive a call back today I am just going to dispute the charge. Their website is wonderful for ordering the correct parts but their customer service and communication is lacking.
